What the prp verification plan risk assessment covers
Every prerequisite programme on your site has to be verified, and how often you check each one should follow the risk, not habit. This pack scores each PRP for its inherent risk before controls, taking into account previous incidents, how likely contamination is and how well your existing controls work.
The score then sets the inspection frequency. High risk areas are checked more often, lower risk areas proportionately, and when an auditor asks why you inspect the loading bay weekly but the canteen monthly, the register shows the reasoning.
