1. General Information

ASC provides food safety, food hygiene, public health, quality assurance and food safety management system support services to clients requiring practical compliance and implementation assistance.

  • On-site and virtual audits and inspections

2. Acceptance of Terms

ASC operates a no-refund policy for confirmed virtual consultation bookings. Once payment has been made and booking confirmation has been issued, the booking is treated as final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for confirming that:

  • The date and time are suitable before payment is made
  • The session scope aligns with the support they require
  • The required technology and internet access are available
  • The duration and scope limitations are understood before the booking proceeds

4.3 Rescheduling

Where possible, ASC may allow rescheduling by mutual agreement. This is not guaranteed and remains subject to consultant availability and operational practicality.

  • Requests should ordinarily be submitted at least 48 hours in advance
  • Rescheduled sessions should generally occur within 30 days of the original booking
  • Additional fees may apply where the revised scope requires extra work or additional time

4.4 Technical Requirements and Limitations

  • Clients remain responsible for their own devices, internet stability and software access
  • ASC is not liable for client-side technical issues that interrupt participation
  • Third-party communication platform interruptions may affect delivery
  • If failure arises on ASC’s side, ASC may reschedule the consultation at no additional cost

4.5 Scope and Service Limitations

  • ASC may conclude the consultation at the agreed end time
  • Additional work may require a separate booking, proposal or fee
  • Consultations do not constitute legal advice
  • ASC does not make binding representations on behalf of regulators, auditors or certification bodies

5. Document Template Toolkits

  • Payment must be completed before delivery or download release

7. Intellectual Property Rights
