Your plan runs your food safety system. Modules add the parts some sites need and others do not, each with a published price per site per month.
ASCloud add-on modules start from R650 per site per month and are added to an existing plan. ISO 9001:2026 costs R2,800 a month, ISO 45001 R2,500, inventory and stock R1,850, the supplier portal R1,450, an additional GFSI standard R2,400 and pest control integration R650. Forward and backward traceability costs R1,690 a month, or R2,100 together with production planning. Any single ISO standard on its own is R3,800 and an integrated management system starts at R7,500. Automated tools for culture, environmental monitoring, food defence, food fraud and food loss and waste are priced per site per year from R750. Missed-task triggers, verifications, checklists, notifications and scheme updates are included in every plan at no extra cost. Prices exclude VAT and are invoiced in rand, as at September 2026.

Supplier portal, R1,450 a month
Your suppliers upload their certificates, specifications, Certificates of Analysis and questionnaires into their own area of your system. ASCloud tracks expiry dates and asks the supplier for the new document before the old one lapses, so your QA manager stops chasing paperwork by email. Every document lands in your supplier approval file with its date, ready for the auditor's sample.
Additional GFSI standard, R2,400 a month
Many exporters carry two schemes, for example FSSC 22000 for one customer and BRCGS for a United Kingdom retailer. The additional standard module loads the second requirement set on top of the same records, so one temperature check or one internal audit serves both schemes. One system and one audit trail serve both certificates.
Pest control integration, R650 a month
Pest control is a prerequisite programme in every scheme, and auditors sample it every time. With the integration, service reports, bait station maps, trend reports and corrective actions from ASC Pest Control visits sit inside your compliance file instead of a separate folder. Available on every plan, including R638.
And what never costs extra
These are part of ASCloud on every plan, from R638 upwards. We will never sell them back to you as a module.
A scheme update changes the requirement set, templates and checklists inside ASCloud. If you want an ASC consultant to rewrite your own site procedures to the new version, we quote that in writing before any work starts.
Module questions, answered
Is there anything I pay for that is not on this page?
No. Every module has a published monthly price. Your written quote names each module and its price before anything is switched on, and the accepted figure does not change.
Can I add or remove a module later?
Yes. Modules are added or removed at your next billing date. Your records stay in the system either way, and the audit trail keeps everything that was recorded while the module was active.
Do modules need their own setup?
Most modules are configured inside your normal setup days. Traceability, inventory and production planning usually need your products, lines and lot structure loaded first, and any extra days are quoted in writing before work starts.
Are modules available on every plan?
Inventory, the supplier portal and traceability add to every plan from GFSI Entry upwards. ISO 9001:2026, ISO 45001 and production planning add to GFSI Intermediate, Primary, HACCP and Certification plans. The R638 plan takes pest control integration only, which keeps it simple and affordable for kitchens and small premises.
