How an integration is done
- Scoping call. Your systems team and ours agree what data moves, in which direction, how often, and who owns each field.
- Written quote. Build, testing and support priced per site and fixed before work starts.
- Build and test on your data. Sample records from your live system are matched before anything is switched on.
- Go live and monitor. Failed transfers alert the people you name, the same way a missed check does.
Ways to connect
Where a system publishes an interface, ASCloud connects to it directly. Where it does not, a scheduled file exchange through a shared folder or SFTP usually does the job. Sensors and loggers connect through their own gateways. Your data stays yours, and each connection is documented in your security file.

Which other systems can ASCloud connect to?
ERP and accounting systems such as Sage, Syspro, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Xero and QuickBooks, warehouse and scale systems, temperature loggers and sensors, laboratory information systems, HR and payroll systems for training and labour records, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for documents and sign-in. Systems without a published interface can often be linked by scheduled file exchange.

Do we have to integrate to use ASCloud?
No. ASCloud runs on its own. Integration removes double capture where you already have the data in another system, and most sites add it after the first standard is live.
