Brewing, bottling and juicing records, captured at the filler, not after the shift.
CIP verification, filler and seamer checks, coding and label verification, incoming water quality and micro schedules for South African beverage plants, on one completion calendar with escalation when a check is missed.

ASCloud captures CIP verification, filler and seamer checks, coding and label verification, incoming water quality and micro schedules for South African beverage plants on one completion calendar with escalation when a check is missed. HACCP and Certification plans cost R3,800 per site per month excluding VAT, setup from R5,000, as at September 2026.

Built around the beverage day
The system schedules what a beverage plant actually checks: CIP and rinse verifications with conductivity and temperature limits, filler and cap torque checks per line per hour, date coding and label verification with photo evidence, incoming water quality and treatment records, micro sampling schedules with lab results attached, and Brix, pH and carbonation logs with limits that escalate when breached.
- Photo evidence on any check, straight from the tablet camera
- Water treatment and quality records in one register for the municipal and audit file
- Traceability from concentrate or malt intake to finished pallet
From HACCP to full certification
Most beverage sites start on HACCP to SANS 10330 or the GFSI Global Markets Programme, then step up to FSSC 22000 when a retailer or export customer asks. Records carry forward; nothing is re-implemented.
The wet floor argument for tablets
Paper and water do not mix. Checklists captured on a cased tablet survive the bottling hall, keep working offline through load shedding, and sync when the connection returns. Compare what printing costs your plant against the paperless subscription.
Asked before every demo
Does ASCloud cover bottled water and quantity-of-contents records?
Yes, as records. ASCloud holds the checks your bottled water or beverage plant runs: source and treatment records, micro monitoring schedules, CIP verification and packaging checks, plus your quantity-of-contents checks under SANS 1841 (the control of the quantity of contents in prepackages) and the checks your packaged water specification requires. The requirement set is configured to the regulations and standards that apply to your product during setup.
Can operators capture checks with wet or gloved hands?
Checks are captured on rugged-cased Android tablets. Large touch targets, photo evidence and electronic sign-off mean no clipboard, no pen, and no transcription after the shift.
What happens when a critical limit is breached at the filler?
The record flags immediately, the escalation rule notifies the responsible manager the same shift, and the corrective action is logged against the same record, with root cause and verification, ready for the auditor.
