Quality, environment, safety and food safety, one integrated system.
ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000 share one structure. ASCloud runs them as one system, so one audit, one review and one CAPA register serve all four.

ASCloud runs an integrated management system, or IMS, in which ISO 9001:2026 quality, ISO 14001:2026 environmental, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety and the food safety management system share one document set, one internal audit programme, one management review and one corrective action register. Each record is mapped to every clause it evidences, so a single audit finding or training record counts for all the standards it applies to. One ISO standard on its own is R3,800 per site per month, an integrated system of two or more starts at R7,500, and adding a standard to an existing ASCloud food safety plan costs less again.
What integration saves
A site running four standards on paper keeps four manuals, four internal audit schedules, four management reviews and four corrective action logs, usually maintained by the same two people. In ASCloud a cracked floor tile is one finding that evidences a food safety hazard, a safety hazard and a quality non-conformity at once, closed once, with one root cause. Management review is one meeting with one pack drawn from live data.
How the mapping works
- Every procedure, checklist and record carries the clauses it evidences across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and your food safety scheme
- One internal audit programme covers all standards, with findings tagged to each
- One risk and opportunity register with quality, environmental, safety and food safety risks side by side
- One management review pack, with the inputs each standard requires drawn from live records
- One legal register covering food law, the OHS Act 85 of 1993 and environmental law such as NEMA
- Audit packs exported per standard, or combined for an integrated audit
Which standards can be integrated
ISO 9001:2026 (published 16 September 2026), ISO 14001:2026 (published 15 April 2026) and ISO 45001:2018 (revision expected in the first half of 2027) all use the ISO Harmonized Structure. ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000 Version 7 use the same structure. BRCGS, SQF and IFS have their own structures, and ASCloud maps their clauses to the shared records in the same way. Social compliance such as SMETA draws its labour, health and safety, environment and business ethics evidence from the same system.

Questions we get asked
What is an integrated management system?
An integrated management system, or IMS, runs two or more management standards, typically ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 health and safety, together with the food safety system, as one set of documents, one audit programme, one management review and one corrective action process.
Why can these standards be integrated?
ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001 all follow the ISO Harmonized Structure: context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement. FSSC 22000 is built on ISO 22000, which follows the same skeleton. The same record can evidence more than one standard.
What does an integrated system cost on ASCloud?
Any one ISO standard on its own is R3,800 per site per month. An integrated management system of two or more ISO standards starts at R7,500 per site per month. Adding a standard to an existing ASCloud food safety plan costs less: ISO 9001:2026 R2,800, ISO 45001 R2,500, ISO 14001:2026 on your quote. SMETA is scoped per site. All prices exclude VAT.
Can we be certified to all of them in one audit?
Many certification bodies offer combined or integrated audits across ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and some also cover FSSC 22000 in the same visit. Your certification body decides the scope. ASCloud produces the audit pack per standard or for the combined audit.
