ISO 9001:2026, on the same records as your food safety.
The new edition of the world's most used quality standard, published on 16 September 2026, added to your ASCloud plan for R2,800 a month.

The ASCloud ISO 9001:2026 module adds the requirements of ISO 9001:2026, published by ISO on 16 September 2026, to an existing ASCloud food safety plan for R2,800 per site per month excluding VAT. Procedures, checklists, internal audits, management review and corrective actions are shared with your FSMS, because both standards follow the Harmonized Structure. Certified sites have an expected three-year transition from ISO 9001:2015.
Why run quality and food safety in one system
ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001:2026 share the same clause skeleton: context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement. On paper, most sites keep two manuals, two internal audit programmes and two management reviews. In ASCloud one internal audit, one management review and one corrective action register serve both standards, with each record mapped to the clauses it evidences.
What the 2026 edition asks for, and where it lives in the system
- Leadership, quality culture and ethical behaviour: culture objectives, survey results and leadership walk records held as evidence
- Risks and opportunities: a live register with owners, actions and review dates that escalate when missed
- Planning of changes: change requests with impact assessment, approval and verification
- Climate considerations: recorded in your context review where they are relevant to your business and interested parties
- Organisational knowledge: controlled documents, training records and lessons learned in one searchable place
Moving from ISO 9001:2015
If you are already certified, the module loads a 2015 to 2026 gap view so you can see which procedures and records need to change before your transition audit. Your ASC specialist can update your quality manual and procedures for you, quoted in writing, or your team can work through the gap list inside the system.

Questions we get asked
When was ISO 9001:2026 published?
ISO published ISO 9001:2026 on 16 September 2026, replacing ISO 9001:2015. Certification bodies expect a transition period of about three years, confirmed by the accreditation bodies, so certified sites move across within their certification cycle.
What changed in ISO 9001:2026?
The 2026 edition keeps the process approach and customer focus, and puts more weight on leadership, quality culture and ethical behaviour, on risks and opportunities, on planning changes, on climate considerations where they are relevant and on organisational knowledge. It also follows the Harmonized Structure used by other ISO management system standards.
How much does the ISO 9001:2026 module cost?
R2,800 per site per month when added to an existing ASCloud food safety plan, excluding VAT. On its own, ISO 9001:2026 runs for R3,800 per site per month, and as part of an integrated management system with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 the combination starts at R7,500.
Does ASCloud certify us to ISO 9001?
No. ASCloud holds your quality management system and its evidence. Certification is done by an accredited certification body, and the certification body decides.
