Alerts and automation. The system does the chasing.
Missed checks, unfinished checklists, overdue verifications and changed documents all raise their own alerts, on every plan.

Every ASCloud plan includes scheduled checklists, missed and overdue task triggers with escalation, incomplete task alerts, verification sign-offs, notifications when documents or requirements change, and FSSC 22000, BRCGS, GLOBALG.A.P. and HACCP scheme updates. Further automation, such as temperature logger feeds, ERP links, inventory, traceability and production planning, is added as modules, each scoped and priced before work starts.
What happens when a check is missed
The 02:00 cold room check is due. At 02:15 it has not been done. The operator on shift gets a reminder. At 02:30 the shift supervisor is told. By morning the QA manager sees it on the dashboard with the time it went overdue and who was notified. Nothing depends on someone remembering to look at a clipboard.
Included in every plan
- Scheduled checklists per line, section or shift
- Missed and overdue task triggers with an escalation chain you set
- Incomplete checklist alerts
- Verification sign-offs by named supervisors and QA
- Notifications when a document, checklist or requirement changes
- Scheme updates with a gap view
Costed automation, one module at a time
Full automation is possible, and the price depends on what you automate. Inventory (R1,850 a month), the supplier portal (R1,450), traceability (R1,690, or R2,100 with production planning) are the usual next steps. Equipment integrations such as temperature loggers or scales, and links to an ERP or accounting system, are scoped per site and priced in writing before work starts.
Questions we get asked
What automation is included in every plan?
Scheduled checklists, missed and overdue task triggers with escalation, incomplete task alerts, verification sign-offs, notifications when documents or requirements change, and scheme updates for the standards on your plan.
Is full automation possible?
Yes. Most repeat tasks can be automated. Each integration or automation module, such as temperature loggers, scales, ERP links or custom workflows, is scoped and priced before work starts, so you only pay for the automation you use.
Who gets the alerts?
You decide during setup. A missed check can go first to the person responsible, then to the supervisor, then to the QA manager or site manager if it is still open, with each step time-stamped in the audit trail.
The system does the chasing, so your QA manager stops doing it.
