The ASCloud inventory module tracks stock in, stock out, lots, expiry dates, quarantine and yields, linked to the goods-received checks and batch records in your food safety system. It costs R1,850 per site per month excluding VAT when added to an ASCloud plan, and it provides the lot data the traceability module uses.
Why stock belongs next to food safety
Most non-conformities around stock are not about counting. They are about a lot that was used after its date, a quarantined pallet that moved, or a raw material that arrived without its Certificate of Analysis. When stock and food safety records live in different systems, those gaps only show at audit time. In ASCloud the stock record and the food safety record are the same record.

What does the inventory module cost?
R1,850 per site per month when added to an ASCloud plan, excluding VAT.
Does it replace my accounting system?
No. It tracks stock for food safety and operations: lots, expiry dates, quarantine, yields and stock on hand. Your accounting system keeps the ledger. Integrations with accounting or ERP systems are scoped and priced before work starts.
Can it stop expired stock being used?
Stock past its date, on hold or in quarantine is flagged, and the people who issue stock see the flag. The final control remains your team's procedure, which the system makes easy to follow and easy to prove.
