Food manufacturing compliance, off paper and onto one dashboard.
FSSC 22000, BRCGS Issue 9, HACCP to SANS 10330 and GFSI Global Markets for South African food factories: CCP monitoring, allergen changeovers, environmental monitoring and batch traceability, captured on the floor and visible in the office in real time.

ASCloud gives South African food factories one paperless system for FSSC 22000, BRCGS Issue 9, HACCP to SANS 10330 and GFSI Global Markets: CCP monitoring, allergen changeovers, environmental monitoring and batch traceability captured on the floor. The Certification plan costs R3,800 per site per month excluding VAT, setup from R5,000, live in five working days, as at September 2026.

What a factory digitises first
The records an auditor asks for are the records paper loses: CCP checks with critical limits and instant escalation, allergen changeover verifications, glass and hard plastic registers, environmental monitoring swab schedules, scale and thermometer calibration, goods-in checks against approved supplier lists, and batch records that link forwards to dispatch and backwards to raw materials.
- Missed CCP checks escalate the same shift, not at month end
- With the traceability module, mock recall and mass balance run on demand, timed and evidenced
- Management review packs generate from live data, not a weekend of collation
- Every entry carries the person, the date and the time, signed off by a named user, in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002
The standards food manufacturers run on ASCloud
Requirement sets are pre-loaded per scheme and updated in your subscription: FSSC 22000 (V7 update included), BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9, HACCP to SANS 10330, and the GFSI Global Markets Programme for sites building up to certification. Retailer supplier programmes for Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Shoprite and SPAR sit on the same platform.
Paper is a cost centre in a factory
A mid-size plant easily prints thousands of checklist pages a month, then pays people to file, retrieve and archive them. Run the printing versus paperless comparison and see what the paper system actually costs per year, in rand, next to the subscription that replaces it.
Asked before every demo
Which food safety standards does ASCloud cover for a South African factory?
FSSC 22000 (Version 7 update included), BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 and Packaging Materials Issue 7, HACCP to SANS 10330, the GFSI Global Markets Programme at Basic and Intermediate level, and R638 hygiene requirements. Requirement sets are pre-loaded before first login and updated in the subscription.
Can ASCloud handle multiple production lines and shifts?
Yes. Checklists are scheduled per line, per section and per shift, each on its own completion calendar. A tablet per line plus one for QA is the typical hardware footprint, and entry-level Android tablets in the R2,500 to R4,500 range are adequate.
How does the system help during an FSSC or BRCGS audit?
Records are time-stamped, attributable to a named person and exportable as an audit pack in one click. With the traceability module, the BRCGS traceability test runs from batch records already linked from goods-in to dispatch.
