What the terms will cover

• The service and plans: subscription tiers, seat rules (named user accounts, additional users at a published rate), storage (50 GB per site included. More quoted and agreed in writing first), add-ons
• Pricing: all prices ex VAT at 15%. Annual prepay 15% saving. Price held for the term. Increases capped at CPI plus 3% with 90 days notice
• Setup: once-off, quoted fixed and capped in writing before commencement. Never increased after signature
• Currency and international clients: invoices in South African rand. Amounts in other currencies on the website are indicative, converted at a dated reference rate. Clients outside South Africa are billed quarterly or annually in advance, with international transfer fees for the sender's account. VAT treatment confirmed on the quote
• Add-on modules: published monthly prices per site (from R650. ISO 9001:2026 R2,800 and ISO 45001 R2,500 when added to an existing plan). Traceability R1,690, or R2,100 together with production planning
• Guarantee scope: the 60-day money-back guarantee refunds subscription fees. Setup is work delivered and is refundable only before configuration starts. A cancelled annual prepay is refunded pro rata at the monthly price
• Additional days and travel: R1,200 per additional day (4 hours) for remote work or on-site work near an ASC office. Travel further afield and all on-site work outside South Africa quoted with travel before booking
• Scheme updates: included for the standards on the client's plan (requirement sets, templates, checklists and a gap view). Rewriting the client's own procedures quoted separately
• Term and cancellation: monthly billing, 60 days written notice at renewal. 60-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions
• Change fees, published: new production line R6,500 once. Additional standard R2,400/m. Scheme version upgrades included for subscribers
• Your data: you own your content. Export free within 30 days of exit. Our operator obligations under POPIA sections 20 and 21
