What is BRCGS?
BRCGS (formerly BRC) publishes a family of Global Standards for food safety, packaging, storage and distribution, and more. The standards are recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative and are frequently named by retailers as a condition of supply, especially UK and European buyers.
