An integrated management system runs quality, environmental, health and safety and food safety management on one set of documents, one audit programme, one corrective action register and one management review. Most of the records are shared already: document control, training, internal audits, calibration, supplier approval, incidents and corrective actions appear in ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000 alike. ASCloud runs each ISO standard as a module beside the food safety plan, at R2,800 for ISO 9001:2026, R2,500 for ISO 45001 and from R2,500 for ISO 14001:2026 (R3,800 on its own), or R7,500 per site per month for the integrated system, excluding VAT, as at October 2026.
What the standards share
ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 22000:2018 follow the same harmonised structure: context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement. One document control procedure can serve clause 7.5 of all four, and one internal audit programme, corrective action process and management review can serve all four. The clauses that differ most are the operational ones: the HACCP plan for food safety, the aspects and impacts register for environment, the hazard identification and risk assessment for health and safety, and the customer and process controls for quality.
What running them separately costs
Three systems means three document registers with the same procedures in three versions, three training matrices for the same people, three audit schedules competing for the same week, and three management reviews that repeat the same inputs. The duplication is where non-conformances come from: the procedure updated in one system and not the others.
How it runs on ASCloud
The food safety plan, R638, HACCP or FSSC 22000, is the base. Each ISO module adds its operational clauses as requirement sets: the aspects and impacts register, the legal register, waste, water and energy records for ISO 14001:2026; the hazard identification and risk assessment, incidents, permits to work and the OHS Act 85 of 1993 file for ISO 45001; the customer requirements, process controls and quality objectives for ISO 9001:2026. The shared clauses run once. The integrated audit programme covers all standards on one calendar, and the management review draws its inputs from every module.
Who sets it up
The specialists of ASC Food Safety Consultants implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 beside food safety systems for manufacturing clients, so the integration is configured by people who have run integrated audits. Setup for an integrated system is scoped on a written quote.
One login for quality, environment, safety and food safety
ISO 9001:2026 at R2,800, ISO 45001 at R2,500, ISO 14001:2026 from R2,500, or the integrated management system at R7,500 per site per month.
Frequently asked questions
Is ISO 9001:2026 published?
Yes. ISO 9001:2026 was published in September 2026 and ISO 14001:2026 in April 2026. ASCloud’s modules are written to the 2026 editions.
Can we add ISO 45001 to an R638 plan?
Yes. Any ISO module can be added to any ASCloud plan, and the shared records are reused.
Does the certification body accept an integrated audit?
Most certification bodies offer integrated or combined audits across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000. The records on one system make the combined audit practical.
