ASCloud costs from R499 per site per month for R638 and Certificate of Acceptability compliance, R1,820 for GFSI Global Markets Entry, R2,800 for GFSI Intermediate, from R2,500 for GLOBALG.A.P. and from R3,800 for a full document food safety management system covering HACCP, FSSC 22000 or BRCGS. Add-on modules start from R650 per month. A once-off setup of R3,850, or from R5,000 on Primary and Certification, covers five working days of configuration by an ASC food safety specialist. Prices exclude VAT and are invoiced in South African rand, as at September 2026.

We build your system with you. From R5,000 (entry plans R3,850), live in five working days for a standard single site with documents supplied, or spread over a month. Complex sites are quoted and capped in writing first.
Per site, from R499 per month. Named user accounts on every plan: the person doing the check makes the record, and every entry is linked to one individual.
Add modules from R650 a month when you need them, such as ISO 9001:2026 at R2,800 or ISO 45001 at R2,500. Additional users R250 per user per month, added or removed any month.
From R3,800 per site per month, your whole food safety management system moves into ASCloud. Every controlled document, procedure, form, record and checklist is digital, version controlled and signed by a named person, so the printer, the lever arch files and the archive boxes can go. HACCP to SANS 10330, FSSC 22000 and BRCGS all run at this level.
Full automation is possible. Stock that updates itself, traceability that follows a lot from goods-in to dispatch, supplier documents that chase themselves and production schedules that feed your checklists can all be added. Each is a separate module with its own published price, because not every site needs all of them and you should only pay for what you use. The price moves above R3,800 when a site has more lines, more standards or more users than the plan includes, and your written quote shows which applies and what each module costs.
These are part of ASCloud on every plan, from R638 upwards. We will never sell them back to you as a module.
A scheme update changes the requirement set, templates and checklists inside ASCloud. If you want an ASC consultant to rewrite your own site procedures to the new version, we quote that in writing before any work starts.
Your plan runs your food safety system. Modules add the parts some sites need and others do not. Each module has a published monthly price per site, writes into the same audit trail and can be added or removed at your next billing date. Your written quote confirms every figure before anything is switched on.

Setup is a one-time engagement in which our team configures the system around your actual operation: your documents, your process flows, your users. The standard fee is R5,000 (entry plans R3,850) and covers five allocated working days, mainly remote configuration plus two live training sessions, enough for a standard single-site facility with its documents supplied. It is delivered in one week or spread over a month if that suits your team better. Should your site be more complex, additional days are billed at R1,200 per day of 4 hours, for remote work or on-site work near our Gqeberha, Johannesburg and Cape Town offices, always quoted and agreed with you in writing before any work begins. Travel further afield, and any on-site work outside South Africa, is quoted with travel before it is booked. The price on your accepted quote is the price you pay.

It refunds your subscription fees if ASCloud is not right for you within 60 days of going live. Setup is specialist work delivered, so it is refundable only before configuration starts.
